Email notifications to posts

Along with the new blog feature I have enabled email notifications on replies to posts and blog posts for all users.
This should have been enabled all along, but a setting error some time ago turned it off.
Most users will want email notifications when there are answers to their posts.
However some users will not want these notifications, you can easily turn them off in your control panel. My apologies for the hassle.
