Typically overunity actually means that you get more energy out then you put in. Many skeptics say this is impossible. And to be honest with you there are certain entity's that do not want anyone to discover free energy as it would change the world. I personally feel that everyone should dig down deep inside their creative little minds and come up with different ways of achieving such. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QD2Whs_LxA.

Oil is finite and will one day be a thing of the past. The lessons we should be learning from the continuing rising cost of oil and the damage caused to our enviroment should be the driving force on everyone looking for alternative means of renewable energies.

Currently I am working on a generator that puts out more energy then it takes to run. I have a lot of achievements but am halted due to lack of funding, however my research shall go on and if everyone pitches in and brings about different Ideas in an open forum, hopefully we can ween ourselves from using fossil fuels all together.

LIQUID NITROGEN COULD BE CONTINUOUSLY FED TO MAINTAIN THE FROZEN STATE. AT LEAST BRINGING THE SITUATION UNDER CONTROL UNTILL A PERMANENT SOLUTION CAN BE PUT IN PLACE.

Well, it's been a nice spring. We've had a mix of weather from cold to unseasonal hot, the kids have come through another school year and soon they will be on summer holidays. At least up here in Canada that's the way things shape up by June. State side, I really haven't got a clue, but I'm assuming that things go much along the same line. As with everything in life, things have stages. Growing, resting, loving, etc. But it's funny how the human being keeps going through stages, the stages of youth, then the teen stage, the young adult stage, etc. But for most of us these stages go unnoticed as we get older, then one day something triggers yet another stage. For me it was sitting around with an old friend talking about the good old days...lol...I came to realized that I was at a premature stage of loneliness(for lack of better words). How one would ask, well the answer is..anybody who has lost or left family can be at this cusp. I don't presume to know how any other person could feel about being alone in the world, but I do know that it's a tough feeling for a person to go through and that most of us don't get to this stage until about the age of 70 or better. It's strange this feeling, that out of all the people that one might have known in their childhood or early youth, that you end up with only a few who will remember what you looked like when you were 7 or 5 and that connection to our own childhood can be just snuffed out with one quick blow. I remember watching my grandmother cry and finding out that it was because she missed grandfather. I don't think she missed him so much as she missed that connection that he represented to her.
I pat those who had to leave their home country to make a better life. For they have left behind a connection that only a human touch would do. For those people it's a lonely place. No matter how many friends one makes in the world, it is those with the longest time that come to matter, they give a grounding that keeps a person on track. Not to make less of the newer relations, but when one looks into the eyes of person who was there from the beginning, it sets a whole different perspective.

I am what you would call a walking diet for dummies...me being the dummy. Since I have moved north from where I grew up I have done nothing but put on weight. It isn't even the "winter" weight that you can lose by bikini season. I have tried numerous diet fads and work out routines, bottom line I can't stick to them, I realized I have to make the diet fit my lifestyle and likes not the other way around. I did some research on different weight loss techniques and tactics and pretty much put everything I liked in a blender mixed up and came out with my idea. So if I can commit myself to "blogging" everyday then I can surely commit myself to diet and excercise...right? Day 1 is today, I started my detox drink and had a slimfast snack and a shake. I did cheat a little by having one of my boyfriend's alcoholic smoothies, but I figure start out easy right? My overall goal is doing the "Master Cleanse" detox lemonade for 10 days and adding in a bowl of Special K and 1 snackbar so my body doesn't go into a "no food" shock. Once my body has a fresh start I will spend the next 355 days working out 5-7 times a week and eating healthy nutritious foods. I figure 20 minutes a day over the course of a year will help. Being that I weigh 245lbs and want to drop 55-65 of it, a year is a healthy goal (although I don't mind quicker). I figure I will weigh myself evey couple of weeks and g from there. Wish me luck!:)

Good Day,
I was watching good GMA and saw that a teacher lost control and lasted out on a boy, who already had behavior problems. I think that she should be charged. If it was a parent that lost control they would have been arrested. This is not the way to handle kids who already have problems. The teacher knew what she was getting into when she took a job there. I have a grand child kinda like that boy and never would I bet him like that. I think the teacher needs anger treatment. She is much older than him and should have got help getting him out of the class room and not took it into her own hands.

Energy, Elements, and Elementals

Our ancestors saw our world and divided it up into 4 elements, or by their understanding, needs, earth, air, fire, and water. Science has added other elements as we learn more about the world and universe around us, but these four are our essential foundation. With out even one of these elements we would no longer exist.

For one which works with the elements, I find that it is more that just the physical side of it, yes, fire being hot, water is wet, but each contains within its own self an energy that acts upon each person or situation in a different way. That is, each element has a specific and individual energy inherent within it that is in tune with the person using it.

Air is thought, ideas, and change, such as is reflected by, "the winds of change", “air-head”, in some cases. It represents the foundation of a new idea, the seed of knowledge, and the freedom to choose to move in that direction.

Fire, with its flames leaping upwards, is the desire to bring together the idea, to be the driving life force. It is passion and lust; strength and power. It is action by sheer definition.

Water, with its ability to conquer everything over time, is the courage needed to endure the long haul, to be in that nurturing and supporting role. This is the element that allows us to keep going, no matter what is thrown in our path.

Earth is our foundation - solid, stable, and fertile. It is the element of birth, for which the term “Mother Earth” came from. Even today you will hear many refer to the Earth as “Mother Nature”. Starting with one original idea, comes full circle to manifest in a material form, building a solid foundation for the next idea.

The forces of Nature, these four elements, existed long before we made our appearance on this earth. To some, this makes the Elements, themselves, our spiritual ancestors. At the very least, they are our oldest teachers. We do not seek to subjugate the elements; instead, we listen to the ancient harmonies they sing to us, and attempt to deepen our understanding of their nature.

The Elementals

In accordance with the old way, the ancients assigned an elemental to each of the four Quarters or elements, based on the characteristics of each element. While many of the names have changed through the ages, many of us still recognize these, as set down by the German magician Paracelsus: Fire elementals as Salamanders, the Water elementals as Undines, the Air elementals as Sylphs, and the Earth elementals as Gnomes.

Understanding each of the Elementals and how they interact with each other is necessary when working with natural magick. It The nature of the Elementals also align with the other elements. Fire is hot and dry. Air is hot and moist. Water is cool and moist. Earth is cool and dry. Both Fire and Air tend to rise upward, while Water and Earth tend to fall downward. Obviously, Fire and Water are opposites and are antagonistic to each other, as are Air and Earth. Conversely, Fire and Air are compatible with each other, as are Water and Earth.

Sylphs, which is Air. are active, quick of movement and speech. They're called for help in creation or resolution of issues involving the intelligence and the mind, or products of intellect. But by nature they can be aloof and stand-offish.

By nature of their alignment with Fire, Salamanders are explosive, quick in movement, and very bright. They are also unstable, especially with respect to emotions. They are called upon to help in matters involving the discipline and exercise of the Will and Power. But, due to their unstable natures, calling upon Salamanders carries its own risks as.

The Watery Undines are seen as sensual and graceful in their movements, with very strong emotions. Undines are the most human and seductive of the four elemental types.

Gnomes reflecting the essence of the element of Earth, Herself. They dwell in holes, mines, caverns. They are the most like us in personality, with all its good and bad points. They are very earth-centered, concerned with wealth and other aspects of materialism.

By increasing our awareness of the Elements, and how it impacts upon our lives, so that we may learn how to attune ourselves to these elements; by learning to work with them rather than against them, we can not only have the power to effect real change in our environment, but to also understand more deeply our own place in Nature.

Kudos to Ryan Seacrest and the other guy trying to improve the school lunches. But, what the heck....why did we start feeding our kids junk at school to begin with. Are'nt our schools operated and funded by the state? They are the ones who have allowed this to go on. When I was a kid our lunches were prepared fresh at school from food made from scratch. Why was this change allowed to occur? It is not the falt of the workers and children that our kids are obese!!!!! On the subject.....what about the fact that physical education is lacking in our schools. Again this is not the fault of the schools and the children. Our government should have not allowed this to occur. There are standards they say the schools must adhear to and our government has let our children down.......they make the rules and apparently in the past no one could care less. It obviously does not take a brain surgeon to figure out the problem. These guys on your show are doing a great thing.....but i'm sure there is a silver lining to all this for them...............a book deal, touring and getting paid to be on TV shows like Larry King Live. Yada Yada Ya! Oh boy are'nt they the brilliant ones!!!! I would like to have Larry King do a show explaining how and why this bad stuff in our schools started to begin with!!!! They did so knowing that should they give the ok, there would be a mass killing in jamaica, worse than that of 2006, including polititions and there families and police officers and there families not to mention the countless amount of innocent bystander. Because Jamaica refuse to sign the treaty, america is now spiteing jamaica by refusing to issue new Visa's to all that apply regaurdless of status or background, and cancelling those that currently hold a valid visa. No product from the united states is allowed to Jamaica at present time. Can some one shead a light to the situation. who can help us.
